Baekryeon

Baekryeon Makgeolli, Baekryeon Clear Alcohol

The reason why the representative products of Sinpyeong Brewery have the word 'Baekryeon' attached is

because they add white lotus leaves during the fermentation process to brew the alcohol.

While there are also red lotuses with red flowers and yellow lotuses with yellow flowers,

only white lotus, which has traditionally been considered the most suitable for Korean food and alcohol, is used.
