A winery that produces Korea's representative magnolia-vinegar sparkling wine
J-Well (Ominara) integrates a brewing space, a tour route, and a tasting room.
Oak barrels are stacked on the roof of the factory, and part of a large copper still is on display at the entrance.
Ominara produces magnolia-vinegar still wine, sparkling wine, and apple distilled spirits.
Magnolia-vinegar sparkling wine, Omiroze, is a product that has been fermented and aged in oak barrels for over 5 years,
demonstrating the new possibilities of Korean liquor.
You can taste various liquors made with pride in the salesroom, which is designed with the Milky Way as a motif.
