Sustainability of Value, Fermentation Culture
Bokseundoga develops not only premium traditional liquors but also various contents related to fermentation culture (醱酵文化), including cosmetics, restaurants, and pubs.
We are continuously developing fermentation culture (醱酵文化).
Fermentation culture (醱酵文化) means creating new value by harmonizing with various fields beyond space.

Change and Circulation, Fermentation Architecture

Minkyoo, the eldest son of Doga, reinterpreted the idea of fermentation (醱酵) from fermented liquor to architectural space,
and defined the process of space becoming useful for humans as Fermentation Architecture (醱酵建築).
Just as rice and nuruk go through a fermentation process to become a new traditional liquor, Doga also uses Korean materials such as soil, paddy fields, rice straw, and nuruk, under the concept of fermentation, to go beyond their primary meaning as building materials and harmoniously blend with various forms of sound, video, and installation art, creating spaces that capture the changes of seasons and physical properties as new performance objects.
Wishing for fermentation architecture to become a massive kiln that captures time, matter, and circulation,
we created the interior and exterior spaces of Doga.
In the future, we will continue to capture the process of the architectural materials and structures within Doga becoming more useful to people over time.

When drinking, do not shake the bottle and open it gradually to release the gas.
It can explode if not handled properly.
By the way, there is a video of actor Im Won-hee in 'I Live Alone' confidently showcasing makgeolli, but it exploded like the picture above.
Enjoy your purchased liquor with delicious snacks.
